1 Frozen Banana
1 1/2 Cups of Frozen Berries (Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries, Mixed Berries)
3/4 Cup of Non-Dairy Milk
Add 1 drop of your fave Essential Oil. Top with Sliced Banana, Berries, Dessicated Coconut, Chia Seeds, Dried Fruit.
Combine Frozen Banana, Frozen Berries, and Non-Dairy Milk in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add more Milk if needed for desired consistency.
Serve in bowl. Add Toppings. ENJOY!
